Masingita Properties – we assisted Masingita Properties with the submission of their Eskom Facilities Management (non-technical and technical) tender. The tender required the coordination of Joint Venture (JV) partners as well as more than six Sub-Consultants who needed to provide various supporting documents.
The services provided by TenderAgents included;
- Preparing of the Tender Plan;
- Preparing the Tender Checklist to ensure that all the required documents were sourced in time;
- Liaising with various Sub-consultants and JV Partners
- Completing of the Tender Documents and Preparation of the Supporting Documents;

Lekwa Consulting – requested TenderAgents to assist them with their Africa Strategy – the Strategy entailed increasing its revenue by offering its services to other African markets (the company only offered its services to South Africa). Lekwa’s key specialised services include the design and implementation of Civil Infrastructure
TenderAgents assisted Lekwa Consulting by developing a strategy which identified the following;
- Countries where it is easy to conduct business;
- Countries where Lekwa could offer its services
- Consulting companies to partners in Africa
- Projects which are in the pipeline and which have secured funding relevant to Lekwa’s areas of services;
- Clients to visit and market Lekwa’s services before adverts were out.
TenderAgents are currently assisting Lekwa Consulting with the implementation of the strategy by providing the following services;
- Identifying of relevant notices;
- Submitting of Expression of Interests and Tender preparation
- Client liaison on behalf of Lekwa
